Donald Laatsch started Laatsch Abstract Company in 1968 and owned it until 1999 when he sold the business to his son Dennis Schmidt. Dennis owned the business until 2001 when he sold the business to Miles Meidinger owner of The Title Team in Janesville and Toby Tully owner of Fidelity Land Title in Jefferson.
